通常,基材選用= Mn18Cr2
熱處理后高錳鋼本體硬度= HB160-220 (沖擊后=HB500)
陶瓷顆粒硬度= HV1400
熱處理后陶瓷顆粒硬度=HRC60-70
熱處理后陶瓷顆粒間硬度= HB400-HB500
陶瓷復合材料扎臼壁的使用壽命是常規高錳鋼的2倍以上,其適用范圍比高鉻材料更廣泛。
